BCC, Faridpur

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) was established in the National Assembly in 1990 under Act No. 9 to provide encouragement and support to the country's information and communication technology sector. In 1996, the BCC expanded its activities to six locations outside the capital city (Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong, Sylhet and Faridpur) under the project of conducting standard computer training courses at the divisional headquarters. As a result of the wide expansion of these activities over time, the activities of the Faridpur Regional Office of Bangladesh Computer Council started in 2004. BCC Faridpur Regional Office provides training and counseling services to government / private sectors on the latest computer and information technology issues.
